Pallet Covering Insulation for the cold chain |

Designed to protect refrigerated and frozen products during shipping. A closed-cell polyethylene foam insulation membrane, together with a highly reflective aluminum laminated sheet, guard against up to 97% of caloric radiation.
For land transportation, as well as by sea or air, your goods may be exposed to extreme temperatures as they leave refrigerated storage and wait to be loaded onto the means of transportation.
In order to keep the right temperature of the products we cover the pallet with thermal insulation in the shape of a cover that is placed from the top of the pallet to the bottom, just like a hood.
In order to improve the performance of the insulation kit, between the goods and the pallet cover, we place bags of cooling gel that, due to its chemical composition, maintains the low temperature of the products much longer.
We manufacture the pallet covers according to standard air-transportation sizes (100x120x150 cm - 100x100x150 cm) but we also manufacture special-order sizes.
Applicable to refrigerated and frozen shipments of: meats, fish, ice-cream, fruit, vegetables, beef, flowers and any other products that are sensitive to temperature changes. |
