Heavy Duty covers were designed to replace truck canvas or Open Top container covers with low-cost material.

These covers made with woven polypropylene raffia are multi-purpose. They can be used to protect goods inside means of transportation as well as in storage areas or consolidation warehouses where they could be damaged by the sun, rain, filth, contaminating agents from other cargos, etc.

They are available in raffia of different weights and colors according to the client’s requirements. Woven polypropylene is a very flexible material of great physical and mechanical resistance, allowing high versatility in applications. The covers can be reused several times, depending on the wear from loading operations.

In addition to functioning as covers, these liners can be used as floors and walls of means of transportation such as semitrailers with lift rails for loading dry bulk loads without any loss of the product through the doors.

For goods sensitive to high temperatures, we have materials that are lined with pure aluminum. This reflective external layer repels solar radiation, thus preventing the overheating of the stored material.
