This product line was developed to bring thermal protection to the goods that, due to their particular characteristics, are sensitive to temperature changes.

Eurolog manufactures several types of EuroCover Térmico using different isolation materials, according to the thermal demand to which the goods will be exposed.

According to our records during maritime transportation wine that is transported in conventional containers can be exposed to temperatures ranging from –11ºC (12ºF) to +60°C (140°F) under normal conditions. This temperature range is caused by the prolonged sun exposure during the day and the fast temperature drop that happens out at sea at night. This cycle of extreme heat and cold is repeated every day of the trip and provokes irreparable damage to your merchandise.

The range in temperature, aside from degrading the quality of your products, also turns the humidity inside the container into condensation and water drops are formed that affect secondary packaging, labels, plugs, boxes, etc. leading to losses and the anger of clients.

EuroCover offers a solution to these problems since it decreases the temperature ranges between 40% and 60%, thus avoiding those negative effects that these temperature changes cause (ethyl carbamate is produced, the flavor or quality of the product changes, leaks occur, residues are formed), being either due to radiation or conduction.

EuroCover is sealed completely, leaving the merchandise insulated from the environment. This gives you extra assurance for your product since it also keeps it from being contaminated with substances that may have been left behind in the container from a previous shipment (paints, agricultural chemicals, fumigation residues, mildew) or even in containers that are put next to it (chemicals with strong odors and/or fumes).

At Eurolog we are concerned about the environment, which is why all our products are made with materials that meet the ISO 9000 and 14000 quality standards and that are 100% recyclable. This last issue is very important for the peace of mind of our clients when they have to throw away the EuroCover when the final destination is reached.

We can also offer you our LCS (loading control service) that includes help with what type of EuroCover to use, control and cleaning of the containers, EuroCover placement, the presence of someone from our technical staff during the loading process and, lastly, a complete report on the loading along with photos and an INS (insulation) certificate, which provides our clients with the knowledge that the entire process is duly supervised.

The temperature of your merchandise can also be monitored with disposable thermographs that record temperature variations inside the container.
